Training Certifications and Qualifications
 
        Our instructor, Captain Bostwick, holds 11 instructor certifications. Four of them are PPCT certifications, which are weapons retention disarming techniques, collapsible baton, tactical handcuffing, and pressure point control tactics. He also holds NRA pistol, TCTI OC spray, and American Red Cross instructor certifications. His American Red Cross certifications are in First Aid, CPR, AED, Wilderness, and Remote First Aid. He also holds American Red Cross Blood-borne Pathogens certification. Captain Bostwick has been in the Mississippi Professional Investigators Association since 2010 and is currently the Vice President. He has been a Homeland Security Highway Watch Certified Professional since 2005, and a member of the Mississippi Association of Professional Process servers member since 2014 Captain Bostwick is an OSHA Academy Certified Occupational Safety and Health Professional, holding both Process Safety Management and Blood-borne Pathogens in the Workplace certifications. Captain Bostwick can produce evidence proving his background has been checked out by both the Mississippi Highway Patrol and Homeland Security.

Types of Security Training We ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Offer
 
        Armstrong Armed Security offers many training courses. We offer courses like tactical handcuffing training, which covers the proper way to handcuff a person and remove handcuffs. Other security training we offer includes includes the proper use of the collapsible baton, weapons retention and disarming techniques, along with pressure point control tactics training. We offer OC Mace survival training which is a TCTI course. Captain Bostwick has $1 million worth of liability insurance taken out on him through the NRA, which covers him anywhere he goes to do firearms instruction. The NRA liability insurance also covers any gun range, including the Armstrong Armed gun range, that he uses to do his instruction in the United States. Armstrong Armed Security is an officially authorized American Red Cross training provider, and we provide training in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Wilderness and Remote First Aid. We can also provide OSHA training through OSHA Academy Institute along with Highway Watch security training.
